Policy Analysis workshop 17-18 April 2017:
During the second phase Tafawuq center for women & gender organized the final phase of “policies analysis” workshop of the capacity building of the civil society program during the period of 17-18 April 2017, where the workshop included the following topics: defining policy & general policies, development helping factors of the policies, list the different types of policies and the challenges that create an effective policy. In addition, introducing the responsibilities held by the policies analyst and the steps of the policies analysis and analyzing it’s risks. This workshop is the second phase which began in March and ended in the 10th April 2017.
Critical Thinking workshop 2-3 April 2017:
Tafawuq center for women & gender organized during the second phase a workshop titled “Critical thinking” of the capacity building of the civil society program during the period of 2-3 April 2017 & the workshop included: defining the critical thinking, the difference between the critical thinker & the non-critical thinker and the constraints and skills of the critical thinking. This workshop is the second phase which began in March and ended in the 10th April 2017.
Strategic planning workshop 26-27 March 2017:
Tafawuq center for women & gender organized during the second phase a workshop titled “Strategic planning” of the capacity building of the civil society program during the period of 26-27 April 2017, and the workshop included the definition of the strategic planning, the samples followed by this strategy and the steps and skills to be met in it. This workshop is the second phase which began in March and ended in the 10th April 2017.
Communicating & Networking workshop 19-20 March 2017:
Tafawuq center for women & gender organized during the second phase a workshop titled “Communicating & Networking” of the capacity building of the civil society program during the period of 19-20 March 2017. This workshop included many factors due this title like: the definition, types, strategies and barriers of communication, in the other it also included the meaning of networking, why networking is important, networking planning and importance of the individual networking planning. This workshop is the second phase which began in March and ended in the 10th April 2017.
Leadership & Management workshop 13-14 March 2017:
Tafawuq center for women & gender organized during the second phase a workshop titled “leadership & management” of the capacity building of the civil society program during the period of 13-14 March 2017, which included the following: the definition, types, skills of leadership and management, the five most effective leadership and management practices and the difference between the leaders and managers. This workshop is the second phase which began in March and ended in the 10th April 2017.
Governance workshop 6-7 March 2017:
Tafawuq center for women & gender organized during the second phase a workshop titled “Governance” of the capacity building of the civil society program during the period of 6-7 March 2017, where the workshop involved the following topics: defining organization, it’s types and responsibilities, the governmental and non-governmental organizations, the classifications of the organizations and the functions and tasks of the board of directors of the voluntary associations. This workshop is the second phase which began in March and ended in the 10th April 2017.
