The rights of women inmates in correctional and rehabilitation and its implementing regulations Corporation Law 23 January 2016

The Discussion Loop was held at the Royal Hotel on  January 23, 2016, and included the following:

• Reform and rehabilitation establishment and the subsequent in room of inmates and pre-trial detention of the women, what are the obligations of the establishment, and what are the rights of women toward the establishment, how the implementation of the provisions of the Act and the Regulations, with reference of the number of inmates, and in room of inmates (Ministry of Interior / Bahrain ).

• The extent between the law and the Regulations with the Constitution and international conventions and 
  standards.
